Explore key definitions and concepts powering our AI solutions.

Generative AI

Generative AI refers to a type of artificial intelligence that can create new content—such as text, images, music, videos, and even code—by learning patterns from existing data. Unlike traditional AI, which is often used for classification or prediction, generative AI produces original outputs based on its training.

Agentic AI

Agentic AI refers to artificial intelligence systems that can act autonomously, make decisions, and execute tasks with a high degree of independence—much like a human agent. Unlike traditional AI, which follows predefined rules or responds to prompts, Agentic AI takes initiative, plans steps, and adapts to achieve goals without constant human oversight.  Agentic AI does not replace human beings, rather than an augmentative technology making Human and AI working in tandem.
